SIUX Studio: what a slow page costs, in money
SIUX Studio joins how fast each page loads for real visitors with what it sells, and answers one question: how much is the website costing you, and what do you fix first? We designed, built and run it.

Context and role
A self-serve dashboard for online stores, digital products and agencies: one script on the site, sales and search connected, and every page ranked by what its speed costs.
Product, design and engineering: positioning, the landing, the tracker, the dashboard, the integrations and billing.
The challenge
Speed tools report milliseconds and revenue tools cannot see speed, so nobody can say what a slow page costs. The answer had to come from real visits and real sales, from a tracker light enough not to slow the site it measures.
What we built
A tracker under 2 KB
One script tag, no cookies and no personal data. It reports LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB and FCP from real visitors, down to the element or interaction that made a page slow, and drops bots at the door.
Speed priced in money
Sales are matched to the visits that made them, so every page gets a monthly figure at stake and a simulator shows what a faster load would earn.
Nine views of one site
Overview, speed, traffic, money, funnels, search, alerts, releases and experiments, filtered by period, page and device, with every chart compared with the period before.
Funnels in money
Funnels and common journeys rebuilt from page views, with the value of each step, what drop-offs leave on the table and how much of it is down to slow loads.
Fixes ranked by what they are worth
Recommendations say what to fix, how and what it is worth, and each release is tracked with its before and after.
Alerts with a price
When a release or a new script makes a page slower, an alert names the page and what it now costs, in the dashboard and in Slack, with a weekly digest.
Integrations installed like apps
Stripe, Google Search Console and Slack connect from the dashboard, each saying what it can read before it connects. Shopify, WooCommerce and Google Ads are next.
Subscriptions and teams
Pro for one business and Agency for ten sites, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, with site members and roles, and a report for each period as a PDF. A one-off revenue report, delivered within an hour, is the way in.
