Grainverse support

Grainverse is a physics sandbox: pour lava, light stars and feed black holes. If something isn’t working, here are the answers to what people ask most.
The app says this device can’t run Grainverse
The simulation needs an iPhone or iPad with an A14 chip or later (iPhone 12 or newer, iPhone SE from the third generation, and iPads with an A14, A15, A16, A17 Pro or M-series chip), or a Mac with Apple silicon.
How do I unlock everything?
Tap anything with a padlock, or go to ⋯ › Settings › Unlock Everything. Grainverse Complete is a single purchase for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
I bought it, but another device is still locked
Make sure that device uses the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases, in the purchase screen or in Settings.
It runs slowly or gets warm
Turn on Performance mode in Settings (it’s on unless you turned it off), and erase what you don’t need: fewer grains run faster.
How do I steer gravity by tilting?
In the scenes where gravity pulls down, the lab scenes, tilt your iPhone or iPad. Turn it on or off in Settings with “Tilt to steer gravity”.
How do I save a clip?
Turn on Record Clips in the ⋯ menu and allow the recording when asked. When something happens you want to keep, tap the red Clip button: it saves the last fifteen seconds and opens the share sheet.
