What stays on your device

The run in progress, saved as you play so you can continue later: the world, the name you gave your AI, its traits and how far the kill switch has come.

Your progress across runs: the minds, kinds of humanity and kernel modules you have unlocked. And your settings: the palette, the map style and whether the sound is on.

Whether you own the Full Game, remembered so the game opens unlocked even offline.

Nothing is synced between devices: each iPhone, iPad or Mac keeps its own runs and progress.

What we collect

Nothing. Nothing about you or the way you play reaches SIUX or anyone else.

There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the game includes no third-party code that does any of those. On the App Store its privacy label reads Data Not Collected.

Purchases

Singularity is free to play. The Full Game is an optional in-app purchase made through the App Store; it is the only time the game connects to the internet, to ask Apple for the price, make the purchase or restore it. Apple handles the payment and tells the game only whether you own it; we never see your name, email or card. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the purchase.

Permissions

Singularity asks for no permissions: not your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. Its sound plays alongside your own music without interrupting it.

Deleting your data

Finishing a run, or starting a new one, removes the saved run. Deleting the game removes everything it saved; a Full Game purchase stays with your Apple Account and can be restored from the game.

Children

Singularity collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Changes and contact

If what Singularity reads, stores or sends ever changes, this page changes with it and the date above is updated. Questions: hello@siux.co.
